McQueen Speech Collective is founded and led by Kai McQueen, MS, CCC-SLP, a licensed pediatric speech therapist serving early childhood and school-aged learners in Charlotte, NC.
Kai’s work is rooted in relationship-based therapy that prioritizes connection, curiosity, and authentic communication growth. She believes children learn best through intentional interaction and meaningful play, and that caregivers play a central role in supporting lasting progress.
Through a highly personalized, caregiver-centered model, Kai partners closely with families to create therapy that feels naturally aligned with each child’s unique strengths. Her approach blends clinical expertise with warmth, structure, and thoughtful collaboration.
