Our 3:1 Monthly Rhythm
Weeks 1-3 | Direct in-home child sessions
Week 4 | Parent support + carryover week
To keep care both intentional and sustainable, most months include three weeks of direct child sessions followed by one dedicated caregiver coaching week.
Rather than squeezing parent support in around therapy, this structure creates space for both hands-on work with your child and meaningful guidance for you!
During Week 4, families are invited to the Monthly Parent Support Hour, a live virtual session where I share practical communication strategies, answer parent questions, and offer support around play, routines, carryover, and common toddler language concerns. Families also receive a written recap afterward with key takeaways and ideas to refer back to at home.
A Typical Month Might Look Like This:
Week 1
Monday — Child Session #1
Wednesday — Child Session #2
Weekly Home Focus
Week 2
Monday — Child Session #3
Wednesday — Child Session #4
Weekly Home Focus
Week 3
Monday — Child Session #5
Wednesday — Child Session #6
Weekly Home Focus
Week 4: Parent Support Week
Up to 60 minutes of live virtual support, open to all enrolled families (you’re not in this alone!)
Discuss personal wins, struggles & all of your communication curiosities
Receive guidance for home routines, play, and everyday carryover
Engage in a thoughtful and dedicated Q&A
Parents who were unable to attend will still benefit by receiving a Week 4 Parent Recap with key takeaways.
This rhythm allows therapy to stay focused and effective while also making space for parent support that helps communication grow beyond the session itself.
