Home Communication Program
In-home communication support for toddlers and preschoolers with late talking, language delays, and early communication needs.
If you’ve ever found yourself wondering…
“Why isn’t my child talking yet?”
“Should they be saying more by now?”
“Why does communication still feel so hard, even though we’re trying?”
“What should I actually be doing at home to help?”
You’re not alone. Many families of toddlers and preschool-aged children find themselves feeling overwhelmed, unsure or stuck. When communication feels hard, it can affect routines, play, connection, confidence, and day-to-day family life.
The Home Communication Program was designed to offer practical, personalized support in the place where communication happens most: at home.
A more connected approach to home-based speech support
The Home Communication Program is designed to support not just what happens during sessions, but what happens between them, too.
Rather than focusing only on isolated treatment visits, this program blends direct child support with practical caregiver guidance so communication strategies can carry over into everyday routines, play, and family life.
What makes this approach different:
In-home sessions that take place in your child’s natural environment
Play-based, relationship-centered therapy tailored to your child’s developmental stage and communication needs
A monthly structure that includes both direct sessions and parent support
Weekly carryover guidance so you know what to focus on between visits
Ongoing planning and progress monitoring to keep support purposeful and responsive over time
What’s included in the Home Communication Program

Following the Parent Support Hour, all enrolled families receive a brief written recap with key takeaways and ideas to refer back to at home.

Each child’s program includes individualized planning and ongoing progress monitoring to ensure support remains responsive to their communication growth over time.

How It Works
Step One:
Book a Communication Consultation | $175*
We'll begin with a 60-minute play-based Communication Consultation where I'll get to know your child, learn more about your concerns, review developmental history, and complete an informal speech and language screening. Together, we'll discuss your child's communication strengths, answer your questions, and determine the most appropriate next steps. Following your visit, you'll receive a written summary with personalized recommendations.
*If ongoing services are recommended and you choose to enroll in the Home Communication Program, your consultation fee will be applied toward your first month's investment.
Step Two:
Receive your recommendation + next steps
After the consultation visit, I’ll follow up with my recommendation and, if appropriate, details about officially enrolling in our Home Communication Program. If a different next step would better support your child, I’ll let you know that too.
Step Three:
Begin your monthly program
If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your child’s monthly therapy visits and get started with a plan designed around their communication needs, your family routines and meaningful carryover at home.
This program is designed for families who:
• are concerned about their child’s language and early communication development
• want support in a familiar home environment
• value practical strategies they can use between sessions
• want more connection and carryover than a once-a-week appointment often provides
• are open to a monthly program model rather than pay-per-session visits
• appreciate a thoughtful, relationship-based approach to communication support
