Voxer is a free walkie-talkie style app where you can send me voice notes or texts and I’ll reply throughout the day. It’s like having an SLP in your back pocket!

I respond to Voxer messages Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm EST, usually within a few hours. As a full-time, practicing Speech-Language Pathologist, I take my role seriously, both in the clinic and here with you. That means I don’t monitor Voxer on weekends or holidays, so I can stay fully present and refreshed for the families I serve (including yours 💜). You’re always welcome to send messages anytime. I’ll catch up during my next available window!

You can message as much as you'd like during your access period! Some parents check in once a day, others send questions throughout the day as things come up. I’ll reply during my Voxer hours (M–F, 8am–8pm EST), usually within a few hours. Don’t stress about “bothering” me. This is exactly what Pocket Chat is for!

Yes, within reason! This service is meant to support one child at a time but I understand sibling dynamics and can offer guidance that takes your full family into account.

Our personalized onboarding process consists of a brief 30-minute Zoom call where you can “meet the SLP” by putting a face to a name. During this call, you’ll have the floor to share your primary concerns, ask initial burning questions, and even introduce me to your little one if they’d like to say “hi!”. You’ll be prompted to choose a date and time for onboarding after you’ve purchased your subscription.
